REFUND POLICY
If you wish to cancel your payment and marriage, we will provide you a refund based on the status of your application. Depending on where we are at in the progress and how much work was done by our staff. Please refer to the information below:
100% Refund
We’ll provide a full 100% refund if you email us requesting a refund more than 25+ hours away from your ceremony.
Under 24 hours to ceremony
If you email us within 24 hours of your booked ceremony requesting either a refund or reschedule, your options are:
A) Reschedule your ceremony within 30 days
B) 50% refund
No Refund
We do not refund if your ceremony was completed.
A ceremony is ‘completed’ if our marriage is successfully performed OR you ‘no-show’ (i.e. you schedule a ceremony & do not notify us in advance to reschedule and don’t show up).
